Please plan to arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early. This will allow time for your check-in, brief consultation form, and to begin your relaxation experience, perhaps with a cup of tea.

Attire
Please wear something you feel comfortable in, that is easy to change into and out of fairly quickly. We kindly ask you to take off all jewelry before your service.
Dressing down for treatments is always to your comfort level. Professional draping will always be done in every treatment, so you are never fully exposed, and only areas that are being actively worked on are uncovered. You are able to dress down to only undergarments, usually only bottoms, or even fully nude for all services. With this in mind, we do ask for a fully bare back for massages to allow therapists to work obstacle free on the best feeling area for massaging!
Cancellation Policy
More than anything, we hope to have you in at your scheduled appointment time to enjoy your relaxation. We know it comes much needed!
Please understand that with no-show appointments, or if we do not receive a 24-hour notice, that we miss the opportunity to book that time. This will affect other guest’s requests, and both therapist and spa revenue.

We request a 24-hour notice for any adjustments or cancellations. In the case of a same day cancellation, we do enforce a strict cancellation policy in which 50% of your service will be charged to your card on file.
Gratuity
Leaving gratuity is a compliment to your therapist, and lets us know that you enjoyed your service.
20% of the service price is customary to leave additional to the service price. You are able to leave cash with your therapist, or the front desk staff, or add gratuity to your service at the front desk for a cashless checkout.
